videostreamer allows you to stream and manage video content by submitting direct video URLs. You are solely responsible for any content you submit. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.

You retain all rights to the video content you stream through the Service. By using the Service, you grant videostreamer a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

4. Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service, including your email address for account management and watch-progress data to enable cross-device resume. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Watch history is stored securely and can be cleared at any time by deleting your account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Uploading or streaming content you do not have the right to distribute.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service.
  • Using the Service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
  • Sharing account credentials or using the Service in an automated manner without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. videostreamer is not responsible for the content of external URLs submitted to the Service.
